and Conditions - Design On Target, Inc.
Authorization:
Client agrees that they are authorized to use any logos,
artwork, and copy provided and accepts responsibility that
they do not infringe upon any statutory copyright, common
law right, trademark, license or any other proprietary right.
In furnishing such images, files or copy for reproduction
client accepts responsibility for any legal claims or actions
associated with their usage.
Payment Terms: 100% due upon order placement
unless another deposit amount is specified. If you are an
educational institution, hospital, or approved corporate
buyer and have Design On Target, Inc / abetterpromo.com
set up as one of your vendors; you will need an authorized
Purchase Order / Purchase Requisition to place your order.
If Design On Target, Inc. requires collection or legal services
to retrieve any balance owed, you/your company will be responsible
for all collection and legal fees associated with paying
the balance of your account.
Deposits: Any deposit made to Design On
Target, Inc. in which Client willingly postpones/delays
the project/order and does not respond to the good faith
efforts made by Design On Target, Inc. to complete the project/order,
will not be refunded after 12 months.
Additional Services: If you requests additional
services not quoted in this order, you will be notified
of additional costs. PDF proofs will be provided to client
free of charge. If client requests additional printed proofs
or samples there may be additional charges. Because all
orders are custom made, all personalized products shall
be prepaid by the client prior to production.
Cancellation
Policy: Orders cancelled after set-up but prior
to production within 1 month may be subject to a $50 cancellation
fee. If the order has gone into production, you will be
responsible for the full amount of the order. Any deposit
made to Design On Target, Inc. in which Client willingly
postpones/delays the project/order and does not respond
to the good faith efforts made by Design On Target, Inc.
to complete the project/order, will not be refunded after
12 months.
Rush Orders for Printing/Promotional Items:
This is an initial job order based upon regular production
time and ground shipping of items. If you require rush processing,
then factory rush charges or rush shipping is needed, the
final cost, tax and shipping charges will be determined
by what type of rush shipping you select, the quantity ordered
and the final shipping weight. You will be given an estimate
of the additional costs needed to get your items to you
for a rush in-hand date prior to beginning your order.
Delivery of Printing/Promotional Items:
We schedule delivery of your product to arrive before your
event or deadline. In the unlikely chance that product delivery
is impaired or delayed by an act of God, electrical failures,
inclement weather, transportation strikes, or any other
unforeseeable event causing a missed in-hand delivery date,
client agrees not to hold Design On Target, Inc. or abetterpromo.com
liable.
Shipping and Printing/Promotional Item Pricing:
Item Pricing and shipping is subject to change without notice,
reflecting the manufacturers pricing. Due to an occasional
change in manufacturing costs, a price or sale on our website
may not be the current manufacturer price. If there is a
price change, we will not process your order without your
prior approval.
Damaged Printing/Promotional Items: You must notify
us within 2 days of the receipt of your products if there
are any damages because of the shipper or if you received
defective items. Please contact us immediately if there
is a problem to get a return authorization. You must return
the damaged or defective goods to us so we can send them
back to the manufacturer. We will do our best to have the
factory reprint your item as soon as possible.
